This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules governing your use of the Isaac Service provided by Budgetwise Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP. Breach of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Uses
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial financial planning and educational purposes. You may use it to:
- model and compare pension and retirement scenarios for your own planning;
- export PDF reports for your personal use or to share with your own financial adviser; and
- access the Service across devices linked to your account.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service to:
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity
- engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation;
- commit fraud, money laundering, or financial crime;
- infringe any third-party intellectual property or data protection rights;
- harass, threaten, or harm any person; or
- process data relating to persons under 18.
2.2 Commercial Exploitation
- use the Service to provide paid pension advice or financial planning services to third parties without our prior written consent;
- resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Service; or
- use the Service in any automated or bulk processing manner without our written consent.
2.3 Technical Abuse
- attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems;
- circumvent or bypass any authentication or security mechanisms;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service;
- introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code; or
- attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
2.4 Misrepresentation
- represent to others that outputs of the Service constitute regulated financial advice;
- present Service outputs as the work of a regulated financial adviser; or
- impersonate any person, entity, or the Service itself.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you enter. Do not enter personal data of third parties without their knowledge and consent.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any misuse of the Service, please report it to us at support@isaacmoney.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- a warning;
- temporary suspension of your account;
- permanent termination of your account and subscription (without refund); and/or
- referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Material changes will be notified per our Terms of Service.
